Race Recorder is a driving-recording and analysis tool for lawful closed circuits only. Never use it for racing, speed tests, challenges, or route tests on public roads. Do not operate a phone while driving. GPS, timing, sensors, maps, and analysis may be delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable.
Local recording works without an account. Login is required for cloud backup, community publishing, challenges, and leaderboards. Content submitted to the community may be reviewed, reported, removed, or restricted.
Driving records stay on the device by default. Login, cloud backup, community publishing, P Rooms and result submission send necessary data to Tencent Cloud. If you separately consent to distance verification, necessary coordinates and elapsed times are also sent after a recording or challenge ends to verify driver growth, never per GPS point. Public standings participation is a separate choice and is off by default. You can disable verification or leave the standings at any time.
This version does not offer subscription purchases. Previously member-only app features are available free of charge. Historical App Store purchases and subscriptions remain managed by Apple; free access in this app does not cancel an Apple subscription. You may delete local records, cloud records, and your account in the app. Account deletion removes associated cloud data except information that must be retained by law or irreversible aggregate statistics.
After your deletion request is accepted, we aim to delete the account and associated online data within 7 business days. This is a processing target, not a waiting period. Requests requiring human review remain incomplete; reaching the target date does not mark them complete. If processing exceeds this period, contact racerecorder@163.com with your deletion request reference. Completion is confirmed in the app. Database backup cleanup is separate: related historical backups are cleared within 7 days after online documents are deleted, rather than immediately.
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for lawful and safe use, venue and vehicle safety, and consequences of dangerous driving, positioning error, device failure, injury, property loss, penalties, or third-party claims. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Uploaders must confirm that challenges are for lawful closed circuits or authorized controlled venues and that they have rights to photos and other material. Dangerous public-road racing, infringement and inappropriate content are prohibited. Publication requires review. Users can report and block; moderators can remove content or restrict community submissions.
